We Elderly Care On-Call 24 Hour Service

Purpose

We Elderly Care, Inc. contracts with an answering services to contact the administrative staff in case our clients need our services, have any problems or new services are needed. 

Policy

Provide on-call personnel to answer questions and set up service. Caregivers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Procedure

• We Elderly Care, Inc. will have an individual on-call 24 hours a day.
• The client will call the main office number that will be answered after hours by a contracted answering service.
•The answering service will page the on-call person and they will return the call within a reasonable time frame.
• We Elderly Care, Inc. will also provide an RN to be on-call after hours and weekends.
•The on-call staff member will contact the nurse on-call if neccessary.
