On call 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week!
We Elderly Care contracts with an answering service to contact the administrative staff in case our clients require our services, have any issues, or new services are needed.
On-Call Policy
We Elderly Care does provide on-call personnel to answer questions and set up services. Caregivers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Procedure
We Elderly Care will have an individual on-call 24 hours a day.
A telephone call placed to our main office telephone number (863) 676-1120 will be answered after hours by a contracted answering service.
The answering service will page the on-call staff member and they will return the call within a reasonable time frame
We Elderly Care will also provide an RN to be on-call after hours and weekends.
The on-call staff member will contact the nurse on-call, if necessary.
